Rates & registration

All participants including Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker/Chairperson » special rate, co-authors are requested to register as « Participant »

> Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, Conference Proceedings.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Social event is included in the registration fees

> Gala Dinner on Monday, May 24^th (19:00 – 23:00).
Accessible by public transportation.
Suggested dress code: formal (suit & tie)

Extra ticket for accompanying person can be purchased during your online registration: 

> Gala Dinner : 100 € HT

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (iamd@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 days prior to the Conference (24 April 2027 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 25 April to 23 May 2027 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (24 May 2027), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
