Rates & registration

Due to security reasons, no registration after this date will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

All participants including Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as « Speaker/Chairperson » special rate, co-authors are requested to register as « Participant »

> Registration fees include: Conference session attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 13rd, Conference Proceedings.

SOCIAL EVENTS

Social event is included in the registration fees

> Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 13^rd (19:30 – 23:00)

To be held in a private reception room at the Palácio da Bolsa

Suggested dress code: formal (suit & tie)

Extra ticket for accompanying person can be purchased during your online registration:

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (iamd2023@3af.fr)

• When applied more than 30 days prior to the Conference (14 May 2023 included) registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied.
• For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the Conference (from 15 May to 12 June 2023 included), cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fees).
• For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the Conference (13 June 2023), no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fees.
