Please find below the key dates for the preparation of the Conference :

ADVICE TO AUTHORS

• The selected abtracts will be presented in a 20 minutes speech at the conference (included 5 minutes for Q&A).
• An abstract will be selected based on the importance and originality of the subject addressed, on its relevance to the conference theme, on the clarity of its expression.
• The abstract should be a “stand alone” summary that can be used in the compilation of abstracts.
• The abstract should summarize the main objectives of the paper to be presented and outline its conclusions. It should give the Programme Committee sufficient insight on the paper to be presented at the Conference and enable the selection for oral presentation.
• Work that has been presented elsewhere, and not updated, will be considered inappropriate.
• Please note that the Conference official language is English. All documents must be in English.
• Notification by the Programme Committee will be send on February 06, 2025 and will be accompanied by detailed instructions allowing authors to prepare and make the online submission of their full paper.
• Failure to comply with the deadlines and instructions required will entail not having the paper selected and included in the conference proceedings.

• All accepted and presented communications will be published in the online proceedings only available for Conference delegates. The submitted papers must be unclassified.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT?

• You have to create your personal account in order to manage all your personal data and abstracts submission.
• Fill in all the sections requested for your abstract and also few lines of biography. You also can add supporting documents.
• You can choose one of your co-authors as presenter instead of you, but she/he will be invited to create a personal account too.
• You can save your abstract as a draft before official submission, but don't forget to validate it before December 20,2024.
• To validate a draft abstract, you have to click on "Edit", review all the details already completed until the final Confirmation Stage and click on "Submit my abstract".

Paper's Format

3AF will publish Conference Proceedings on a dedicated online website. Login and password will be provided to the delegates in order to access to the dedicated platform.

To ensure optimal quality presentation of all papers, please refer the requirements sent with your notification of acceptance, also available  here

A strict compliance to these requirements will ensure a maximum quality for your papers.

Papers should be submitted in one of the following formats (decreasing preference order):

• ADOBE ACROBAT FORMAT (.PDF extension) – ensures the document’s original layout.
• WORD FOR WINDOWS FORMAT (.DOC or .DOCX extension).

No other format allowed!

Documents Uploading Methods

You can upload all requested documents on your submitter account by clicking  here  and enter your unique user ID and password indicated in the acceptance email.

All papers should be uploaded on the system by Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Special Registration Rate

Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

As Principal Speaker (not included the co-authors), you benefit from a special registration fee. Online registration will be open on February 06, 2025.
