COVID-19 - What is the sanitary protocole at the Congress Center?

3AF, as the organizer of the IAMD2021 Conference, is taking all measures to make the event safe. The venues and partners we have chosen to work with on this event have implemented specific sanitary protocols ensuring the safety of their employees and visitors. They are compliant with hygiene and cleaning requirements issued by French authorities for the prevention and control of COVID-19 and other possible infections.

COVID-19 - Will I have to wear a mask?

The organizer recommends the following code of conducts for all conference participants.

  • Wear personal protection mask in conference venue, evening social event venues. Each participant shall be equipped with his/her own mask;
  • Respect social distancing measures in all circumstances (in queues, in transportation, around catering buffets, when walking in corridors, when seating in the conference rooms);
  • Wash hands upon entrance of conference premises with the alcohol-based antiseptic solution or alcohol-based solution dispensers made available by the venue;
  • Avoid hand shaking, hugging; 
  • Refrain from coming to the conference in case of fever over 38°;
  • Arrive with e-badge printed out on A4 paper;
  • Respect the maximum capacity of each room and not attempt to enter when full capacity has been reached;
  • Leave unnecessary personal belongings at hotel to avoid using cloakroom.
COVID 19 - What if the conference is postponed or cancelled?

COVID-19 SPECIFICATION: If the conference was to be postponed, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates. If you prefer to cancel, you may do this at no cost up to 15 days prior to new conference dates.
In case of conference cancellation by the organizer, registrations will be refunded.

What if I have to cancel my participation?

If you are presenting a paper, we appreciate if you could find a replacement speaker. In this case, your registration can be transferred to this new speaker at no cost.

If you are unable to attend of find a replacement speaker, cancellation will only be accepted up to 07 days prior to the conference (01 December 2021) and must be in writing.

At less than 07days from the Conference, 80% cancellation fee will apply.

Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the conference (07 December 2021) will be liable to the full registraton fees. 

How can I present a paper?

If you want to present you work during the Conference,please visit the Call for Papers section here and submit an abstract before 11 June 2021.

When can I access the proceedings and full papers?

Proceedings of all papers present in the programme will be published on the website a few days prior to the conference here and updated regularly.

Full papers with publishing authorization will be published and available to all attendees after the conference.

How can I register?

Registration for the conference will start in June 2021.

How can I upload my full paper?

You can upload your full paper on your submitter account by clicking  here and enter your unique user ID and password indicated in the acceptance email.
All papers should be uploaded on the system by 29 October 2021.

Do you have special rates for hotels near the conference?

Early booking of accommodation for the conference is strongly recommended.
